1. General Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern all sales, services, and transactions with Nutrafood Sdn Bhd.
1.2 We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of changes where applicable.
1.3 By placing an order, you signify acceptance of these Terms.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

2.1 Orders must comply with the original bulk packaging configuration of each product.
2.2 Custom or OEM orders may be subject to additional MOQ requirements as advised by the Company.

3. Delivery Policy

3.1 Delivery is available only within Peninsular Malaysia.
3.2 Free delivery applies for orders of RM2,000 and above.
3.3 For orders below RM2,000, a charge of RM10 per gunny bag/carton applies.
3.4 Lead time for ready stock (Klang Valley) is 3–5 working days.
3.5 Lead time for OEM/customized orders will depend on the production schedule.
3.6 Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Quotation Validity

4.1 All quotations issued by the Company are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
4.2 Prices, terms, and conditions may be revised after the validity period expires.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Cash Before Delivery (CBD): Full payment is required before delivery for standard orders.
5.2 Pre-Orders/OEM Orders: A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation. The remaining 50% must be settled before delivery.
5.3 Payments must be made in [currency, e.g., Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)] via approved methods (e.g., bank transfer, cheque, online banking).
5.4 Failure to make payment in accordance with these terms may result in order cancellation.

6. Return & Quality Policy

6.1 Customers must submit return requests in writing within 7 days of receiving goods.
6.2 Returns and refunds are only accepted for quality-related issues such as abnormal product attributes or confirmed manufacturing defects.
6.3 Exclusions: Returns will not be accepted for damages due to customer mishandling, improper storage, or issues arising after delivery.
6.4 Approved refunds will be issued in the form of credit notes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.5 Product exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
6.6 For approved quality-related returns, the Company will bear return shipping costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nutrafood Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products.
7.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Security & Data Protection

8.1 All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels where applicable.
8.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring that order and payment information provided is accurate.
8.3 While we implement reasonable measures to safeguard information, we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access beyond our control.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
9.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
